The collaboration between IDEI and the "Groupe La Poste" began in 1993. Postal operators are facing for several years major changes in their environment , including the introduction of High technology. The company are facing economic challenges.

The partnership with IDEI , by theoretical and empirical contributions , is intended to provide academic insight into the issues raised by these challenges.
